Tom Radford

CEO

Tom has 30+ years of experience as executive exploration manager, project manager, geophysical interpreter, explorationist, and innovator. A proven oil and gas finder with almost 100MMBO and 4 Tcf to his credit, he has worked in Indonesia, Thailand, Iraq, Algeria, Kuwait, Egypt, Trinidad, the Canadian Foothills, Alberta, the Mackenzie Delta/Beaufort Basin, and the Canadian East Coast. Tom’s visionary prowess has allowed him to achieve many commercially viable industry firsts. From helicopter surveying of 3D seismic to drilling 70,000 bpd mega injectors to BP’s single largest discovery in 2008. His expertise spans nuclear physics, geophysics, geology, and management. He is part of an elite group of hydrocarbon finders and exploiters.

Jeff Brookman

CSO

Jeff has 30 years of progressively challenging experience in the upstream oil and gas business. Building on a technical career as a geoscientist, Jeff has excelled in management. He is as comfortable managing hundred-million-dollar startups as he is with billion-dollar majors and integrated NOCs. He was instrumental in Kuwait Oil Company’s $26B 2020 strategy to grow production from 2.3M bopd to 4M bopd. More recently, Jeff built a JV in Egypt from scratch, assembling technical teams, policies, and procedures across Admin, HR, HSE, Materials & Procurement, and Project Management. He has led early oil production of 5000 bopd and 250 mmscfd of gas with 12,000 bcpd behind pipe, ready for export.
